Position Overview
The Intake Specialist at Noble Law serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, screening potential new clients, scheduling Case Evaluations, and ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining confidentiality, organizing intake data, and supporting attorneys throughout the client onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Identify and route calls from current clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Gather essential information from potential new clients
• Screen cases based on jurisdiction and accepted practice areas
• Guide qualified prospects through the Case Evaluation process
• Schedule Case Evaluations according to firm rules and availability
• Follow up on missed calls and online form submissions
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the Intake Tracker (CRM)
• Prepare physical and digital client folders for attorneys
• Protect client confidentiality at all times

• Schedule Case Evaluations following firm scheduling rules
• Follow up on missed calls and online intake submissions
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the Intake Tracker (CRM)
• Prepare physical and digital client folders for attorney strategy sessions
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
